Personal and Professional Background
Suiv Lee has lived on Long Island with her family for over 30 years and is very familiar all areas of Long Island from Brooklyn to the “Hamptons”. Successful past business experiences of performance-based sales and administration have steadily increased her level of responsibilities in the real estate field. Ms. Lee is presently the Commercial Property Specialist for the DE Long Island Commercial Division and DE Southampton Office Commercial Coordinator.
Suiv Lee possesses a professional demeanor with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Years of Mathematics training enables her to skillfully identify problems, initiate effective and viable solutions and execute tasks efficiently. Ms. Lee has excellent communication skills and is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin). Her amiable personality, combined with honesty, integrity and professionalism, has earned her a stellar reputation of trustworthiness and a high satisfaction rating from her clients and colleagues. Her goal is to offer clients a positive and stress-free experience in their sale or purchase of real estate. Ms. Lee believes in a client-based practice that provides personal services and positive experiences for both her less experienced and professional clients alike. Ms. Lee earned a Doctoral Degree in Mathematics and Education from Columbia University Teachers College, New York after having received both Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Adelphi University, Garden City, New York.
She is the published author of "PISA Functional Literacy" by LAP LAMBERT Academic Publisher, GERMANY in Jan. 2015. ISBN 978-3-659-67042-8.
Business Background
Ms. Lee has over 15 years in field of technology and has twice been interviewed by Newsday Business Edition in 1998. In 2000 she was chosen to be interviewed by the Women of the Century in the Technologies Field TV show, and has earned Who's Who in Professional Environments in the 2001-2002 National Registers.
Volunteer Work
Ms. Lee volunteers her time as a Judge in three different levels of research fairs to support the High School Educational Research Completion Program on Long Island. She is the founder of the Annual Multicultural and Business Expo Sponsored by Assemblyman Phil Ramos and continues her belief in creating a harmonistic society by regularly participating in several Multi-Cultural activities across Long Island.
