Nicholas Mauriello is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Commercial Specialist. Nick has 13 years of experience running his own Antimicrobial Applications Business, and during that time, he has developed important leadership qualities and a thorough understanding of the commercial market in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties.   

Nick is the consummate team player who works with coworkers and clients to bring his understanding of both business and the island to the table. His commitment to each transaction that he is engaged with demonstrates the same perseverance and passion that he takes to his own business and that he took to the mat for 15 years as a High School Wrestling Coach.

Nick resides in Hauppauge with his wife, Sheila, a teacher, where they have raised their four sons
