Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Commercial Specialist Chris Wade started his career with Douglas Elliman Commercial.  Chris, an Islip High School alumnus, was an all-star wrestler, winning both Suffolk County and New York State Championship titles. Chris continued his wrestling career competing in Division 1 College wrestling at Binghamton University.  He later went on to earn All-American status with NCC college as a National Finalist and All American with DIII SUNY Oneonta.  

Immediately after college Chris pursued the Sport of Professional Mixed Martial Arts.  He went on to fight for 4 years in the UFC at 155.  After moving over to the PFL Chris fought for a World Championship Title in 2021. Competing in this sport has given Chris all the tools to succeed in a career within the commercial real estate world.

Chris is also a known local entrepreneur, he is Co-Owner and operator of the well-known Long Island MMA in Islip, NY.  He is also Co-Owner of Local apparel company Long Island Strong with two storefront locations in Sayville and Babylon, NY.  

The notoriety and network Chris has amassed through his competitive and entrepreneurial careers has made him an extremely effective agent in the Long Island Commercial Realty Landscape. His understanding of hard work and sales in business provide his clients with a unique understanding of what it takes deliver results both professionally and with diligence. He brings the same focus and commitment to the commercial real estate industry as he did in the Octagon with his fighting career.
As part of the Douglas Elliman Commercial Division, Chris has quickly broadened his scope of knowledge to encompass all asset classes of commercial realty including Land & Development, Retail, Office, Medical, Industrial and Investment properties.
